At The Diamond Gallery of Naperville, we take this responsibility seriously, with special care and attention to detail in each piece we create. In an industry that is consumed by mass production and distribution, we are committed to making fine quality jewelry one piece at a time, and made by a team effort of you and us working together.
We can start with a simple sketch, an e-mailed picture, a photograph, and begin to create a unique custom-made piece of jewelry. We also can begin the process with a loose gemstone, which you have purchased and create any thing you can imagine. Nothing is impossible."
Hand Selected Diamonds and Gems
We begin the process with hand selected diamonds and gems. Our on staff diamond buyers are trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), and the Diamond Council of America (DCA), with over 60 years combined experience in the diamond and jewelry industry. From a parcel of fine diamonds, each diamond is selected for its color, clarity and proportions. The diamonds are all perfectly matched for size down to the smallest millimeter.
We have both diamonds in stock, and for special orders, we work only with the most reputable diamond and gem dealers in the industry, and all with guaranteed conflict free gemstones.

To achieve the finest quality and unbiased diamond grading, our highly trained diamond professionals use the most advanced technology available, including a proportion analyzer, and colorimeter, which are set at strict specifications by GIA and AGS parameters.
All of our loose diamonds, including those that are certified by GIA and AGS go through our strict proportion and color grading process, this ensures the finest quality ideal cut diamonds, even the smallest of diamonds in your jewelry piece are hand selected and graded this way.
While precious gems and semi-precious rare stones are graded differently, we take the same care in selecting and matching only the finest colored stones.
Precision 2DG & 3D CAD Design Technology
We are proud to be one of the elite designated jewelers in the country offering the most advanced form of custom design in the world, the DG Matrix 3D Jewelry Design. Once the diamonds and gems are selected, the piece is designed to exacting specifications for the stones, ring size, and style. By utilizing the power of DG Matrix 3D Jewelry Design technology we ensure a jewelry piece that is created for the exact stone measurements, ensuring a precise, quality design each and every time.
Our DG software is for quick digital imaging and our 3D CAD design software is fully integrated with a wax-milling machine. The milling machine is networked with the software. It cuts a perfect wax mold of the jewelry item, and it is done digitally. The wax is then used in the metal casting process. Each step is done with the most precise calibrations possible.
Our casting methods are the most advanced in the industry. Our proprietary methods create the most superior settings available anywhere. We also can use an induction machine casting process that nearly eliminates porosity concerns and creates a denser cast then other methods, resulting in heavier and sturdier settings.
Lastly, we employ only the finest, professional setters to ensure not only the security of the stones, but flawless channel and prong setting without gaps. We do all the final finishing and polishing until the piece is perfect. We rely on strict quality control at every step for each piece. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
We believe that a piece of jewelry designed and manufactured using these advanced techniques and technologies, is far superior to the mass produced jewelry found in the market place. And because we do not have to stock this type of designer inventory, our prices are well below those found in the high- end jewelry stores where they have to carry many pieces which never sell in order to carry that designer line. We can now create any piece from a digital picture or any magazine picture also, and you can put your personal touch to a design of which then you created! We now have the capability to make any wedding band you want with such ease that no longer do you have to settle for any band that almost looks good!
We are currently servicing our local Chicago land market place where people can come in to our showroom and meet us in person, and have a local convenient place to clean and maintain their custom jewelry, all included in the pricing. We want to offer you a peace of mind that you can meet the people who will help you create your custom piece and maintain it AFTER the sale, rather than having only the choice of shipping it out to be checked, cleaned, and serviced by someone you never met.
